It was in the south east corner of town. By now Naarka had a pretty good idea of where he was and of the layout of the city, so he actually didn’t need to consult the big map at all. Looking at the smaller map he could get a pretty good sense of what main roads to take. Most of the major big streets had signs on them: large pieces of cloth sign strung between two very tall metal poles straddling the intersection. Across the cloth the name of street appeard in a hand-written and airbrushed calligraphy, with flourishes such as arrows indicating the direction of traffic flow.
